a. Schedule Of Finishes
I was assigned to create a schedule of finishes following the given references
drawing and main drawing. This part of the work requires sensitivity because the
Schedule of Finishes will always be updated according to the needs of a building with
expert consultation. My job is to cross check every day whether everything
synchronizes with the main drawing or not and communicate it with the architect.

b. Schedule of Sanitary fitting
Not much different from the schedule of finishes, the schedule of sanitary
fittings counts the number of sanitary fittings in a building. This task also requires
high sensitivity, because it is always updated.

c. Parking & Road Marking Details
This task is to make road markings according to regional regulations and the
authority follows the guidelines that have been given. In this case it followed
Putrajaya's guidelines

d. Schedule Height of Sanitary Fitting
This drawing also follows the schedule of sanitary fittings and determines the
standard and suitable height with distance for each sanitary fitting.

e. Tiling Layout Details
To determine the number of tiles to be purchased and plan the correct tiling
placement so that the tiles are installed more neatly and don't waste a lot, a tiling
layout plan is made in detail and can be seen more clearly by the contractor in the
installed spaces.

f. Metal Mesh Detail
Metal mesh is a facade made in a mesh shape with metal material. Several
patterns must be identified for the distance between the irons to be given to the
workshop and installed according to the proposed design.

g. Reflective Ceiling Plan
This plan was created to provide information on the type of ceiling that is
suitable for use in each room.

h. Waterproofing Details Plan
Same as the ceiling plan, this plan was also created to provide information of
the room that is more watery than other rooms to coat with waterproofing.

i.Door Schedule
I was assigned to create and update the specification, location also width and
length of the door to be synchronized with the main drawing that had been created.

j. Window & Panel Schedule
Same as Door schedule, This drawing is created as a window drawing with
detail specification and location of the window and panel. This building has many
panels to let the light enter the building. I produced it in Tender and KM drawing.

k. Stage Detail
Because this is an event hall building, the stage is one of the main objects, to
provide complete information and details for contractors, detailed stages are made
with detailed structural details, dimensions and degree. So that contractors better
understand the connecting on panels and stages and also on the facades.

l. Counter Top Detail
This drawing was made to determine the suitable height for the 2 counter tops
outside and inside the 2 Bilik Persediaan, determine the drain pipe for the sink and

m. Apron Detail
Basically, this drawing is made to provide information to the contractor about
the thickness and thinness of an apron around the building.
